The 49 North Resource Funds publish Summaries of their Investment Portfolios and calculate and publish their net asset values (NAV) and net asset value per security on the last business day in each fiscal quarter. NAV per common share of the Listed Fund - 49 North Resource Fund Inc - may also published more frequently on this website. Each day that a 49 North Fund's NAV is published is referred to as a "Valuation Date" and the NAV of the particular Fund on any such Valuation Date is calculated by subtracting the Fund's total liabilities from the value of its total assets - including the value of its portfolio securities - pursuant to rules and procedures adopted by the Funds in accordance with applicable requirements of the Canadian Securities Administrators. A Fund's NAV per common share (or per unit) is then calculated by dividing the NAV of the Fund on the relevant Valuation Date by the total number of common shares (or units) that are outstanding on that date.
